Australia Family Tax Benefits Eligibility 2024

The Family Tax Benefit comprises of two parts:

  1. Eligibility for Part A:
  • Individuals looking after dependents of age 0-15 and 16-19 if they are enrolled in a full-time study program
  • The adjustable taxable income of the carers shall be between $65,189 and $115,997.
  1. Eligibility for Part B:
  • Single principal carer of the dependent children qualify to receive the benefit
